Where I work: Vero Beach, the Treasure Coast and online across Florida
My office is in Vero Beach. You can come in person from nearby communities or meet by secure video when you are physically in Florida. The place you live can shape which format feels possible, and it is worth talking about that at the start.
An office in Vero Beach.
The office is at 100 Vista Royale Blvd., Vero Beach, FL 32962. In-person psychotherapy gives us a dedicated room, away from the interruptions and obligations of home. Some people value the simple act of going somewhere specifically for this work: arriving, spending an hour with what needs attention, and leaving with a little distance before returning to the rest of the day. That is a consideration, not a requirement.
People coming from Sebastian, Fort Pierce and Port St. Lucie can meet at the Vero Beach office. There are no offices in those towns. If travel makes a regular appointment difficult, video is another way to meet. The choice is not a test of seriousness or commitment; it is about what makes the work possible in the life you actually have.
We can talk through format during a free consultation by phone. The individual psychotherapy page describes what sessions can cover. If you are not sure which concern to name, the specialties overview offers a place to start without needing to assign yourself a diagnosis.
Online means physically in Florida.
I offer therapy by secure video to people throughout Florida. What matters is where you are physically located when the session takes place, not the address where you normally receive mail. If you are traveling outside Florida, we would need to reschedule for a time when you are back in the state. That boundary applies even if you are usually seen in person.
A video session still needs enough privacy to speak freely. A closed door, headphones if they help, and a place where you will not be overheard matter more than having a perfectly arranged room. If home does not offer that, we can discuss what is realistic rather than assuming online is automatically easier. The online therapy page goes into the practical questions in more detail.
Some subjects feel easier to begin from familiar surroundings; others benefit from leaving the house. Neither preference tells us what kind of therapy you need. We can notice how the setting affects the conversation and adjust as we go. The point is to give the work enough space and continuity to be useful, without pretending geography has no effect.
What needs an in-person setting.
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is an in-person format. I provide psychotherapy alongside a qualified medical provider; the medical component is provided by Treasure Coast Ketamine & IV Nutrition Center, where Greg McCracken, CRNA, is the medical provider. Screening, dosing, medication management and medical safety belong to the medical provider. I do not prescribe, administer or supply ketamine. The ketamine-assisted psychotherapy page explains that division of responsibility and the structure of sessions.
Psychedelic integration, by contrast, is talk therapy and can also be offered by telehealth to someone physically in Florida. No substance is provided, prescribed or administered as part of integration sessions. The integration therapy page explains what that work can involve and where its limits are. These are different formats, and a video appointment is not an online version of a medicine-assisted session.
Begin with the practical facts.
A free phone consultation of up to 15 minutes is an opportunity to say what you are looking for, ask about in-person or video meetings, and decide whether another conversation makes sense. You do not need a polished summary of your history. ‘I don't know where to start’ is enough of a starting point. We can clarify what feels most pressing and what kind of pace might be bearable.
The practice is private pay and out of network. No insurer is billed directly; a superbill is provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement. The rates page explains fees and questions to ask your plan. If you are coming from outside Vero Beach, you can also think about whether the trip itself gives you useful transition time or would make it hard to attend consistently.
Location matters, but it is only one part of the choice. The work itself is guided by attunement, capacity before intensity, the understanding that patterns are adaptive, and the role of relationship in regulation. Those principles are described on how I work. Wherever we meet, the conversation starts with what your life asks of you now. If your choice of setting changes later, we can revisit it. A move, a new work schedule or a change in household privacy can alter what is feasible. We do not have to treat the first arrangement as a permanent verdict. What matters is finding a setting where you can return to the conversation with enough steadiness to pay attention to it.
